Summary
Temporary Crew Chef is required for 1-2 months, starting from 10/11/2025. To work with an assistant cook.
Mandatory is past experience as Crew Chef for multinational crew on board yachts.
Able to manage menu planning for 34 crew plus supernumeraries and contractors.
Extensive knowledge of food ingredients, nutritional value, special diets, vegan/vegetarian cooking, food allergies.
Variety of meals and deserts preparation
Able to manage the team effectively.
Responsible for the food inventory, provisions orders, and food budgeting
The salary offer is 4500 EUR per month including the leave pay.
