Summary

OOW/Bosun | Minimum Qualification: STCW II/1 or II/3 & ECDIS Certificate

We are a 46m commercial motor yacht (Luxembourg Flag) seeking an experienced OOW/Bosun with a strong focus on safety, seamanship, and teamwork to join our dynamic crew.

This is a permanent position, starting immediately, with a net monthly salary of EUR 4,000.

The yacht will be crossing the Atlantic for an extended stay in the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deck team in all maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks, ensuring the exterior of the vessel is maintained to the highest standards.
• Assist the Captain and Chief Officer with navigation, watchkeeping duties, and deck operations.
• Manage and participate in all mooring, anchoring, and tender operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: STCW II/1 or II/3 & ECDIS Certificate
• Proven experience as Bosun on similar-sized yachts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Reg II/1 CoC Officer of the Watch (Unlimited)
