CHIEF ENGINEER | Minimum Qualification: Y3
We are a 55m private motor yacht seeking an experienced Chief Engineer with a strong focus on precision, safety, and teamwork to join our dynamic crew.
This is a rotational position (2:2) starting immediately, with a negotiable salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all onboard machinery, equipment, and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage the vessel’s Planned Maintenance System (PMS), including condition-based maintenance.
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as required on a smaller vessel where flexibility and collaboration are essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Y3 CoC
- Proven experience as Chief Engineer on similar-sized yachts.
- Strong technical knowledge, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills.
