Summary
We are currently looking for a full time deckhand to join a world cruising 68m private motor yacht.
Preferably located east coast USA.
Start date: November 10th. Joining East coast USA.
Experience: 1 years experience ideally. Please dont apply without at least 1 full years experience.
Itinerary: World cruising, just returned from Alaska, Caribbean for the winter.
Visas: B1/B2 or American Citizen required.
Boat: 68m Feadship, private vessel with outstanding longevity for crew and excellent owners. 17 crew total.
Package: Salary to be discussed with Captain
Incredible bonus program starting at 20% of base pay, paid every 6 months. Increasing annually by 5%.
1 months leave, increasing by 1 week each year.
1 week paid training after first year, increasing by one week every year until year 4
Travel allowance paid after first year, increasing every year until year 5
Geoblue medical insurance
Divers alert network (DAN) insurance
Male only due to cabin arrangements
