Summary
We are currently seeking a Cook/Stewardess to join a 55m+ Motor Yacht for the winter period.
This role is to covering the winter period, and is based in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality cuisine and maintaining high standards of hygiene. The position requires a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. As part of the crew, you will be integral to the smooth running of the yacht, supporting both culinary and stewarding duties. Healthy and different varieties of cuisine would be appreciated by the crew.
Please Note: this will be a 5 month contract as a Cook/Stewardess.
Start date: ASAP
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience as a Stew Cook on similar-sized yachts (40m - 60m).
- Solid knowledge of food preparation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Valid STCW and ENG1.
- Food Hygiene lvl3 and if possible Ships Cook Certificate.
Package:
- Salary: €4,500 - 5,000 pcm
- Leave: Consolidated
- Itinerary: Italy for the winter
