Summary
Looking for a First Officer that fits the following description:
- Proven track record of managing crew with a mature approach.
- Experience of deck maintenance.
- Proven small boat handling/maintenance/ experience.
- Confidence with undertaking guest operations ideally gained with a charter program. (Most of our guest trips with the owners son and daughters are like charters with a round the clock expectation of service/activities which need to be well planned and executed with precision).
- Knowledge of the Bahamas. We often have to plan around the usual issues of reliability and poor local resources in addition to navigating in shallow water often poorly charted.
- Willingness to learn how to operate and handle the vessel given her speed power and unique characteristics.
- Minimum Yachtmaster and OOW
