- Valid B1/B2 visa.

- Lead and manage the deck team.
- Confidently operate the tender for guest activities.
- Support the Chief Officer in all bridge operations.
- Assume the responsibilities of the Chief Officer with confidence when required.

- Polite and well-presented, maintaining the highest yachting standards with guests.
- Strong tender-driving skills are essential.
- Experience with fishing and drone operation is a plus.
