MYS Superyacht Crew is on the search for a captain who is also an all-round waterman / women to join a 25m support vessel that is currently cruising the US and then onto the Caribbean, then Canada for summer
Carrying all the toys of leisure the guests rarely stay onboard and tend to you use the vessel as their water sports beach club
The vessel is used for private use (with occasional charter) and is run with 3-4 fulltime crew.
The captain must be extremely hands on with the water sports program, have a good sense of humour and fun and can keep safety and strong crew morale as a top priority.
The Ideal Candidate
• Yachtmaster
• Watersports guru
• Drive time on vessels over 20m
• Strong crew manager
• Into fitness and being active on the water
• B1/B2 (essential)
• No big ego’s
Start: When found in the US
Salary: 6000 € / month DOE , standard MLC leave
Manning: Yachtmaster / 200gt
