Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward(ess) to join a 79m private/charter motor yacht
Requirements & Responsibilities
• Proven experience as Chief Steward(ess) on vessels 70m+
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a professional interior team
• Strong service background with exceptional attention to detail across both private and charter operations
• Highly organised, confident managing inventories, provisioning, and guest service logistics
• Resilient, proactive, and able to perform under pressure in a busy program
• Strong work ethic and positive, professional demeanor
• Valid STCW and ENG1
• Additional training such as GUEST, WSET, or silver service certification highly regarded
Start: ASAP
Salary: USD 9,000 per month
Rotation: 2:2
Vessel program and itinerary: Dual season
