Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Lead Steward(ess) to join a busy private/charter 60m motor yacht.
Requirements & Responsibilities
• Previous experience as Lead or Second Stewardess on yachts of similar size
• Strong background in service, housekeeping, and guest interaction
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, positive attitude
• Valid STCW and ENG1 (minimum 6 months validity)
• Additional training such as GUEST, WSET, or silver service certification preferred
Start date: 10 November 2025
Salary: EUR 3,500 per month
Leave: 42 days per year (3-month probationary period)
Private and charter vessel, with an itinerary including passage to the Maldives.
