Summary
Burgess Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Steward(ess) to join a 70m+ private motor yacht.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Minimum 2+ years’ interior experience, ideally 1+ year on a single vessel
- Proficient in all aspects of interior work, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable assisting with guest-facing service, including beverage service, mocktail preparation, and table settings
- Housekeeping and crew area maintenance focused; experience managing guest areas, Captains cabin, and bridge
- Experience assisting with inventories, restocking, and interior projects under Chief Steward(ess) oversight
- Preferred: floristry and table scaping skills, creative cocktail making, and service leadership
- Confident, professional, and warm in guest interactions
- Committed to maintaining the highest onboard standards, with a proactive, positive, and flexible attitude
- B1/B2 and Schengen Visa
- STCW, PSA/PDSD, FH Level 2, ENG1 essential; interior courses highly regarded
- Healthy, adventurous, and outgoing with a friendly, like-minded crew environment
Start: 1 November 2025
Salary: EUR 3200 DOE
Leave: 90 days per year, structured 3:1 rotation
Itinerary: Caribbean
