We are seeking a professional Bosun to join a 50-meter Private MY. Seasoned Owners who value professionalism, longevity, and a positive onboard culture.

Start Date: Mid November
Compensation Package: €5,000 per month / 50 days leave
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Bosun on a 40m+ M/Y
- Strong product and deck maintenance knowledge
- Confident in leading deck operations and managing deck crew
- Safe and competent tender driver
- Strong guest interaction experience
- Fishing experience a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well in a team environment and leads by example
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Qualifications Required:
- STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
- YMO (preferred)
- PBL2
- PWC
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
- Schengen Visa (if applicable)
Non-smoker / No visible tattoos
