Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic 3rd Stewardess to join a well-run 45-meter MY with nice owners who use the vessel very little. The yacht runs a balanced program, averaging approximately 15 weeks of charter per year, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a steady and professional team with longevity in mind.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two seasons of experience and possess a solid foundation in basic service, cocktail preparation, laundry and housekeeping. She will be confident across all areas of the interior and eager to continue developing her skills under the guidance of an experienced Chief and 2nd Stewardess. The successful candidate will bring a positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a strong service mindset. Candidates should be team-oriented, motivated, and take pride in maintaining the high standards expected onboard. Charter experience is preferred, and strong written and verbal references are required.
Itinerary: Winter 2024: Bahamas, Caribbean, South Florida / Summer 2025: Mediterranean
Start Date: Immediate
Compensation Package: $3,500 pm + 13th month bonus upon completion of 12 months onboard
38 days leave annually (additional days granted for crossings) + 1 return flight per year

Qualifications Required:
- STCW with PDSD
- Food & Hygiene Level 2
- Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
- Schengen Visa (if applicable)
