We are looking for a Female Deckhand for a Dual season 50m+ New build Charter M/Y
They are a busy charter programme with light family use on the shoulders of the season
They will soon be crossing heading into a busy Caribbean season with confirmed charters.
The team onboard is an active, adventurous, and sociable mix of nationalities .The atmosphere is inclusive, team-oriented, and fun
The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year’s experience on a similar-sized yacht
- YMO in hand
- Strong large tender driving experience (12m Technohull & 10m Intrepid)
- Solid all-round deck skills — anchoring, mooring, line handling, maintenance, and product knowledge
- Charter experience or strong guest-facing background highly valued
- Schengen visa in hand; B1/B2 preferred but not essential
Package & Start Details
- Salary: €3,500
- Leave: 60 days
- Additional: 13th month owner bonus + equal share of tips
- Start Date: 28th November in Antigua
- Option to start earlier (28th October) in Livorno – with unpaid leave while vessel ships across to Antigua.
