Summary

We are seeking a Chief Officer/1st Mate for a 45m motor yacht operating in the Caribbean Sea on a seasonal basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Captain in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising deck operations, managing crew assignments, and maintaining all safety equipment. The role also involves overseeing inventory management and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure the vessel's optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a valid STCW certification, relevant experience in a similar role, and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to safety are essential for this position. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere while delivering high standards of service. Must have OOW or OICNW. Salary DOE.
