The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a confident and experienced 2nd Stewardess to join a tight-knit interior team of four aboard a 55M+ yacht. The ideal candidate will be strong in all aspects of the interior service, housekeeping, and laundry and able to step up confidently when required. You'll be supporting the Chief Stew while guiding and motivating the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a positive, professional onboard culture.
This is a hands-on and team-focused role suited to someone down-to-earth, organised, and proactive - no egos, just reliability and great energy. You'll be joining a dynamic program with active, adventurous owners who love to include crew in experiences such as hiking, diving, fishing, and BBQs. - Required experience: Experience in a senior role on 50M+ yachts
