Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deckhand for a permanent position aboard a 55m vessel currently located in Franc. This is a new build vessel to be launched who will make it's way towards the Arabian Gulf. The successful candidate will assist with the daily maintenance and operation of the vessel, ensuring safety and cleanliness on deck and in common areas. Responsibilities include handling lines, managing equipment, and supporting the crew in various tasks, both on deck and during docking procedures.
The ideal candidate will be in possession of a PBL2, as well as a European passport or Schengen visa in hand, along with strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development. Experience in similar roles is preferred, along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions. A commitment to safety and attention to detail are essential for this role. Salary is EUR 3,000 pm with 42 days leave.
