Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Purser to join our team aboard a 76m motor yacht currently in a refit period in Singapore heading into guest operations by the end of the 1st quarter in 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the yacht’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies. This role requires oversight of crew administration, inventory management, and liaison with suppliers and service providers. The Purser will also facilitate guest services and maintain records, ensuring a seamless experience on board. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar position within the yachting industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A solid understanding of financial management and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
We require a Russian speaking candidate for this 2:2 rotational position to work globally with a multinational crew.
