We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join a busy 70+ M/Y. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, adaptable and skilled in delivering a wide range of diverse and elevated dishes. They must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in the galley while confidently managing, guiding, and mentoring the sous chef. The Head Chef will also be responsible for managing galley accounts, provisioning responsibly, and ensuring efficient stock control. A positive attitude, passion for the job, and a commitment to fostering a happy and respectful working environment are essential. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
