Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Captain to take over from the current temporary Captain and assume full command of the vessel. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience on similar-sized yachts (or a first drive stepping up from a 60m+ M/Y’s). This role requires excellent technical knowledge, strong leadership and the ability to manage a professional crew with a focus on maintaining high standards across all areas of operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate clear, respectful communication, a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to mutual respect within the team. Experience in budget and account management, as well as crew recruitment and crew oversight, is essential. We are looking for someone honest, capable and confident—who leads by example and fosters a positive, professional onboard culture. Excellent references are essential and proven longevity is valued.
