Summary
SOUS CHEF 70M+ MY
We are searching for an experienced Sous Chef to join a vessel and take it though to sale. This will be a permanent role with 2:2 rotation on offer.
- You will work alongside a Head Chef and other Chefs will travel to the vessel too.
- This is a private program with an interesting itinerary, think off the beaten track cruising!
- You will be a vital part of the sale team so we are looking for an established Sous Chef with 3+ years of experience on similar sized vessels.
- Ideally you will also have a restaurant background.
- There will be a large, fun guest trip in December and then you will travel with the project to the US early next year where you will be based.
- B1B2 in hand is essential.
- Owners who are really into their food so there is a lot of opportunities to express your creativity and develop during the trip.
Package:
- Salary is DOE but competitive.
- 2:2 rotation
- Start date will be towards the start of December.
