We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Steward to join a prestigious 90m+ private and charter sailing yacht with an exciting charter programme. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most exceptional sailing programs in the industry - known for its world-class standard, professionalism, and long-standing crew.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as Chief Stewardess on large yachts (70m+)
- Strong charter background with a focus on creating unforgettable guest experiences
- Confidence in high-end service including cigar, caviar, cocktail, and barista service
- Excellent wine knowledge, ideally holding WSET Level 2 or higher
- Solid administrative and organisational skills covering SOPs, inventories, APA, charter preference sheets, budgeting, and accounts
- A calm, confident leadership style, capable of managing and inspiring a large, diverse interior team
