Experienced 2nd Stew / Relief Chief Stew – Dual Season Charter Yacht
We’re working with a busy private and charter yacht looking for an experienced 2nd Stew / Relief Chief Stew to join their established interior team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s confident stepping up to relieve the Chief Stew when required and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
You’ll be joining a well-run interior of hardworking, down-to-earth crew who genuinely enjoy what they do. The yacht runs with repeat charter guests and a kind, family-oriented ownership who truly look after their crew. The team onboard has great longevity — they went three years without a change in HODs — so this is a solid, stable programme with room to grow.
Itinerary:
Currently in Genoa, heading to the Caribbean for Christmas the the winter, before a busy charter season in the Med next summer.
Package:
Salary: USD 6,000
Leave: 100 days (flexible to fit with owner usage)
Tips: Excellent potential — the last 9-weeks charters brought in USD 20,000+ in tips
B1/B2 visa required
Start date: ASAP
The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, who brings a strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude. Must have excellent service skills. You’ll be confident leading when needed, adaptable during heavy charter periods, and able to maintain the high standards this yacht is known for.
Someone musical — a singer or pianist — would be a real bonus for guest interaction.
