Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Officer for a 65m yacht.
We are seeking a seasoned and well experienced Chief Officer who is professional and able to step up and take over during Captain’s absences.
The vessel is undergoing a huge refit, so refit experience is preferred.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Chief Officer 3000/ Master 3000
- All certs up to date
- Inventories, organise & order all deck equipment
- Commissioning new tenders/equipment
- Overseeing maintenance of all water toys
- Assist the Captain in commissioning new bridge
- Getting the vessel through the special survey
- Developing and implementing a new set of SOP’s
- Maintaining safety systems, medical items
- Organising deck crew with daily tasks
Start date: November
Location: France
Salary: EUR 8000
Leave: 60 days (rotational once operational)
