We are currently seeking an experienced chief engineer with a hands-on and proactive mindset to join a busy private/charter vessel.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Y1
- Proven experience as Chief Engineer on similar sized vessels
- AV/IT skills
- Great leadership skills
- Oversee and manage daily engine room operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Handle any technical issues or emergencies as they arise.
- Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth operation and adherence to protocols
Start date: Mid November
Location: Italy
Salary: EUR TBC
Leave: 10/10 rotation
Vessel Program and itinerary- Private/charter vessel with dual season operations. Undergoing maintenance in shipyard, further cruising TBC.
