Looking for Sailing Bosuns! Do you have experience working on large sailing yachts?
We are seeking a hands-on, Bosun with OOW 3000GT to join a 70m dual season sailing yacht, heading over to the Caribbean for winter.
You will be running the deck department, leading and mentoring 2 Deckhands. While this is primarily a deck-based position, you will also hold solo navigational watches. The ideal candidate will be a confident tender driver and have proven leadership experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ industry experience
- OOW 300GT ticket in hand or close to completing orals before November
- Proven leadership skills and ability to run a small deck team
- Strong tender driving skills
- Sailing yacht experience highly desirable
- Positive, team-oriented mindset – must thrive in a small, tight-knit crew
