Summary
We are looking for a skilled sailing Lead Deckhand to step up into a Bosun position on join a classic style 40m S/Y.
Due to the nature of the programme you will only be considered if you have a solid sailing background in yachting
They are a dual season programme which features a mix of owner cruising as well as racing events throughout the year
The Ideal Candidate
- YMO in hand
- 2 years experience on large sail programmes
- Previous experience on a racing or competitive programme
- Competent sailor with knowledge of working with large loads, winches, sails etc.
- Big chase boat driving is a plus
- B1B2 and Schengen Visa in hand
Salary: 4000 USD
Leave: 40 days
