The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a professional and motivated Deckhand to join an 85M+ private & charter yacht on a 3:1 rotational contract. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with proven deck experience and a proactive attitude. A Yachtmaster is preferred but not essential, and candidates must be confident in tender driving and deck operations. The role requires someone with a clean, professional appearance (no visible tattoos) who can integrate well into a high-performing team. A competitive training package is on offer, making this an excellent opportunity for an ambitious deckhand looking to progress their career within a busy program.
