The Candidate Specification
We are seeking a qualified and adaptable Stew/Nurse to join the interior team on board a prestigious 100M+ dual-season sailing yacht. The interior is run to motor yacht standards, requiring strong housekeeping and service skills alongside professional nursing expertise. This role is split between approximately 70% stewardess duties (rotating between housekeeping and service) and 30% nursing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and proactive, with the ability to switch seamlessly between guest service and providing high-quality medical care to both crew and guests. Charter experience is highly desirable, and strong interpersonal skills are essential to contribute positively to the team dynamic.
