The Candidate Specification
We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Chief Stewardess/Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team of a prestigious 100M+ dual-season sailing yacht. While the yacht is a sailing vessel, the interior operates like that of a motor yacht, requiring strong organisational skills, service standards, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, confident in running a large team while maintaining a positive and supportive onboard atmosphere. Previous experience on larger yachts is strongly preferred, with charter experience a definite bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity for a team player who thrives in a busy environment and is looking for a rewarding rotational contract on a well-run program.
- Required experience: Previous experience as a Chief Stew or senior stewardess on a large yacht, with strong leadership skills
