Summary
A rotational chef position (2 months on 2 months off) for a chef specialising in pastry to work on a private 100m+ yacht accommodating 24 guests and 61 crew. We are looking for strong pastry chef with previous proven experience to join a great team of chefs. Ideally the right candidate will have at least 3 to 4 years yacht experience and solid restaurant experience before that - ideally in the pastry section of Michelin star / fine dining establishments. When fully crewed there are 6 chefs in total in both galleys including Head Chef, a Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, 2 x Chef de Parties + Pastry Chef. The ideal candidate will have excellent previous longevity and a genuine passion and love for food and their job. Professional development is taken seriously and a training budget is provided for all chefs on board. A fully rotational position (2 months on 2 months off). Salary depends on experience.
