Searching for a CHEF to join this beautiful modern classic 50mt + SY in southeast Asia. Commencing with an owners trip early November in Bali, and remaining there afterwards for approximately 2 months on the dock.
This yacht does a lot of sailing and is considered a high technical boat, you must be comfortable cooking at an angle, holding previous experience on this type of yachts. Please refrain from applying if you have never worked and cooked onboard a large sailing yacht, as this program will be covering many miles and you must be fully confident with this type of work.
The owners like to eat locally sourced and inspired meals, with a mix of classic European/ Mediterranean style. They enjoy French & Asian fusion cuisine, excellent presentations are essential, presented as 3 course meals. You must have time under your knife cooking for a high end clientele, culinary trained or restaurant experience are a must!
The ideal candidate shall show a 2yr commitment.
Predominant itinerary for the summer months ahead from Feb-August will be Indonesia, Thailand, Seychelles and Madagascar.
German owners, very friendly.

7 crew onboard and up to 8 guests, but usually 5 at a time during trips.
The crew are healthy and active, from the UK, Australian and New Zealand.
