Summary
Yacht master Offshore minimum, with some OOW modules completed ideally. There is bridge time with this role as 2nd Officer, so we need a candidate who is comfortable and competent applying COLREGS, consistent with a strong YM candidate. Ongoing training is provided.
Ideally, someone who can teach deck maintenance to a good standard. Must be familiar with jet tender and twin-outboard handling, though training will be given. Painting and some elementary carpentry skills are a plus. Refit project experience is required, and we’ll be asking about the standard you’ve worked to in these areas.
No water sports of note, and we don’t have teenage guests keeping us busy into the night. The yacht moves often during the season — winters in Turkey, summers across the Med, most likely Aegean and Adriatic.
