CREW CHEF 80M MY
We are searching for a Crew Chef to join a dual season private/charter MY. You could be newer to yachting to be considered for this role but you must have a restaurant background and/or culinary training.
Requirements:
- Your role will mainly focus on cooking for the team as well as assisting with some guest food prep.
- You will be able to cook healthy and varied meals for the 20+ crew.
- There will be periods where you are the Sole Chef onboard so you must also be organised and able to run the galley solo.
- You will have formal culinary training and/or have worked in well-regarded restaurants. The Head Chefs are happy to teach and mentor but also need someone who has the core culinary skills to dive straight in.
- B1B2 visa in hand is advantageous.
