Chief Officer/1st Mate

Summary

• 50m Private/Charter Motor yacht are looking for a Chief Officer to join them Mid to end of October

• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 2^nd officer coming from larger yachts looking to make a step up to chief or an established Chief officer coming from similar size vessels

• OOW 3000 min – CM 3000 preferred

• Fantastic captain and well run program with good budgets

• The yacht will be Wintering in Palma this year with an extensive refit currently on the go. They need a solid bridge officer who is excellent with paperwork, organised, dilligent and can oversee multiple projects working closely with contractors and guiding the deck team

• The yacht will run a busy Med season in 2026 with a mixture of charter and owner usage

• They are looking for a chief officer who will lead by example, is confident with running a deck team and who is motivated and passionate about the job!

• On offer is a salary of 6500-7000 Euros DOE, 90+ days leave on a non structured basis, 13^th month bonus, even split of tips… - full package TBD during initial calls

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
