We are seeking a hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a well-run 80m private dual-season motor yacht with long-standing, active owners.
Start Date: 8th December (to allow for handover ahead of a short guest trip)
Rotation: 2:2
Salary: DOE, highly competitive
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chief Stew who enjoys a balance of guest-facing service and interior management. The role involves plenty of training and leadership, with a supportive, drama-free team who have worked together for years and genuinely enjoy what they do.
The interior setup includes:
- Chief Stew
- 2nd Stew (1 year in role)
- Junior Stews
- Laundry Stew
The itinerary will see the yacht cross to Florida, before preparing for a Caribbean guest trip over the festive period.
The owners are very active and outdoorsy, and they value a professional yet approachable crew. This position would suit someone confident in both administration and service, who thrives in a close-knit, positive team environment.
