An experienced Chief Steward(ess) is required for a private dual-season sailing yacht with an established interior team and longstanding owners. The vessel is currently wrapping up a busy summer in the Med and will cross over for a winter cruising programme.
We’re looking for someone confident in leading a structured interior and delivering refined, formal service to a high standard. The style on board is elegant and traditional, with particular attention to detail, precision, and consistency.
You’ll need a solid background in yachting, including at least two years’ experience as Chief Stew on similar-sized vessels. The owners value discretion, professionalism, and continuity — someone who can maintain established standards and adapt to the rhythm of the programme rather than overhaul it.
Although the yacht is primarily private, the crew keep the vessel charter-ready and operate to that standard year-round.
