We’re looking for an experienced Chief Stew to join a 65m private motor yacht with a strong reputation for longevity and a genuinely supportive culture onboard.
The yacht is currently based in Turkey for the winter, though in previous years the programme has taken the crew to some incredible destinations further afield. With a long-standing Captain (10+ years) and a well-established team – including a 2nd Stew who’s been onboard for four years – this is a fantastic chance to step into a stable, respected programme.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in yachting, with at least 3 years as Chief Stew
- Solid longevity – stable CVs are a must
- Confident in wine knowledge and refined service
- Large yacht experience (60m+)
- Warm, approachable leadership style with a team-first attitude
- Positive and upbeat – the crew vibe is fun, social, and cohesive
The details:
- Start date: November
- Salary: 8000 eur
- Leave: 2:2
- Interior team of 7 within a crew of 30 (mix of nationalities)
- Guest trips: around 70–130 days per season
- Private, single-season programme
- A short intro video (30 seconds, shoulders up) is required for shortlisted candidates as per the owner’s request
