Summary
Burgess recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Bosun for a 80m New Build
The ideal candidate is a hands-on experienced Bosun who has or is working towards their OOW. You’ll be responsible for leading the deck team alongside the 2nd officer on a prestigious new build.
Requirements
· All certs up-to-date – STCW,PDSD, ENG1 etc.
· Yacht Master Offshore
· Proven experience as bosun
· Excellent tender driving experience
· Highly skilled in painting systems
· Highly experienced in general maintenance and upkeep of the exterior and associated deck department areas
· Confident in the overall running of the deck department
· Strong admin skills prior experience in IDEA & PINPOINT
· Experience in inventory management
· Great leadership and training skills for junior crew
Start date: ASAP
Location: Europe
Salary: EUR DOE
Leave: 90 days
