Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for cooking, with additional duties including interior upkeep and light deck (handling lines and fenders).
The yacht is primarily used for dinner cruises a couple times a week with 4-8 guests; a local server/bartender is hired to assist during these events. The owner resides ashore when in Nassau. During the winter months, the vessel does occasional 3-4 day trips once a month to destinations such as the Exuma's, Harbour Island, and Abacos. The ideal candidate will be confident in the galley, offering a varied menu with fresh, nutritious selections while also maintaining interior cleanliness and providing warm, attentive hospitality. Candidate should be able to assist with lines and fenders.
Cabin arrangements: Will have own cabin.
