Silver Swan Recruitment is seeking an experienced chef to join a luxury private chalet in Klosters, Switzerland for the upcoming winter season. This is an incredible opportunity to work in a prestigious resort, with great skiing available on your days off. This is an amazing opportunity for a talented chef looking to combine their love for food and skiing in one of Switzerland’s most exclusive resorts.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare 4-course dinners of the highest fine-dining standard
- Create breakfasts, afternoon teas, and evening canapés
- Ensure a luxury catering experience, tailored to the guests' preferences
- Collaborate with guests, delivering exceptional service and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Plan menus creatively, drawing from your culinary background to deliver unique dining experiences
- Prepare meals 6 days a week for up to 8 guests
- Work autonomously while maintaining cleanliness and high standards in the kitchen
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an EU/UK passport or the right to work in Switzerland
- Must hold a Driving License to assist with occasional errands
- Previous fine-dining restaurant experience required. Chalet, villa, or yacht experience is preferred.
- Ability to design bespoke menus that meet luxury standards.
- Enjoy conversing with guests and have a friendly, outgoing personality.
Package:
- Salary: £800 per week when the chalet is rented, £600 when not
- Accommodation provided in a high-quality setting
- Ski pass and ski hire for the season
- Flights to and from the resort covered
