Silver Swan is currently seeking 2 x Hostess to work in a luxury private chalet in St Martin de Belleville, accommodating up to 14 guests over 5 floors Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on couple to oversee day-to-day operations throughout the winter season. A local chef is already in place to provide catering when bookings are high.
Please Note: Candidates must hold an EU passport/Right to work in France prior to applying as, unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you do not hold an EU passport/ Right to work in Franceupon applying, your application will NOT be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and liaising with the chef and suppliers.
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest requests.
- Perform and supervise all housekeeping duties, including daily room service and common-area cleaning.
- Maintain the property to the highest standards, including laundry and linen management.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an EU passport or the right to work in France.
- Previous chalet hosting or luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- One person strong in hands-on housekeeping and service; the other confident in management, guest relations, and driving.
- Full clean driving license and ability to drive in alpine conditions.
- Warm, professional, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills.
Package:
- Salary: €2,000 net per month (per person).
- Accommodation: Private studio apartment shared with the other hostess.
- Meals: Included when working and during service hours.
