Start date: ASAP- daywork 

 

Itinerary: Fort Lauderdale YARD (local, no travel) 

 

License Required: MUST have Deck experience, some basic engineering skills are a HUGE plus. 

 

Requirements: painting, teak work, product knowledge, can turn a wrench, handle a screw driver, etc.

• STCW + Refresher
• marine medical or ENG1 (valid for 6 months)
• US or work permit to work in the US yard
• Any engineering licenses are a plus. (AEC 1 and 2)

 

Responsibilities:

Some Engine room knowledge

Deck maintenance experience

Lines/Fenders

Watches

 

Other: Good social skills, well spoken. Great eye for detail. Hands on. Will be in the yard in FTL for a couple of months.  

Job Specifics: Local to FTL is best. Can stay on the boat or off.

 

Salary range: TBD

 

Package: Insurance while working. 

 

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
