Summary

Position: TEMP LEAD DECKHAND - minimum 2 years experience 

Must be legal to work in the US. Citizen, work authorization, green card. Paid on a W2.

TEMPORARY contract: For three months until mid January 2026

Licence Required: Able Seaman OR RFPNW 

Requirements:  solid product knowledge and hands on deck maintenance skills.

STCW + Refresher

marine medical or ENG1 (valid for 6 months)

Passport valid 1 year +

 US citizen/green card 

TWIC card is a bonus

Preferences: deck license

II/4 or II/5 (RFPNW or Able Seafarer) preferred  

Responsibilities: Deck maintenance 

Package: To be finalized during interview process. Health insurance, rt flights, etc

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Yacht Rating Certificate
