Licence Required: Culinary trained chef diploma or Ship`s Cook certificate
Requirements:
- STCW + Refresher
- ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for min. 6 months)
- Passport (valid min. 1 year)
- Covid vaccination
- Clean galley habits
- Good provisioning and food storage skills
- Easy going and fun to be around
- A well planned menu for guests and healthy balanced meals for crew
VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen as needed.
Background check and drug testing may apply.
Responsibilities: Cooking for guests and crew. Galley. Working harmoniously with the Interior staff. Provisioning, menu planning.
Job Specifics: Sole Chef - there is no Sous chef on board, however a stewardess helps with prepping crew meals each day for a few hours.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
