SOUS CHEF 100M+ MY
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a wonderful, well run motor yacht in Europe. This vessel is dual season.
Requirements:
- Your role will involve assisting the Head Chef with guest food whilst also collaborating with the Crew Chef to allow smooth running of the galley.
- You will have experience on 80m+ vessels and have a well rounded knowledge of different cuisines.
- Pastry skills will be advantageous, you will have baking skills including cakes and breads.
- Ideally you will have formal culinary training and/or have worked in well regarded restaurants.
- You MUST have at least two years of yachting experience.
- B1B2 visa in hand is desirable.
Package/Details:
- Joining around 10th of September in Europe.
- $8,000 pm
- 2:2 rotation
