Chief Officer – Charter & Private Program
We are seeking a polished and experienced Chief Officer to lead the exterior team on board a busy 37m Foreign Flagged Motor Yacht.
This is a dual-season program with heavy charter activity and owner use, based out of Florida when not traveling
Requirements:
- Minimum 200GT license.
- Proven deck experience on yachts of similar size or larger.
- Strong watch-keeping ability.
- Bonus: Dive certifications, watersports experience, or instructor tickets.
- Team player with good leadership skills to assist in running the deck team.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys both driving and managing active charter operations.
Salary is dependent on your experience and tickets held.
