Chief Stewardess – Charter & Private Program
We are seeking a polished and experienced Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team on board a busy 37m Foreign Flagged Motor Yacht.
This is a dual-season program with heavy charter activity and owner use, based out of Florida when not traveling.
Requirements:
- Proven charter experience with strong references.
- Excellent service skills, confident with high-end charter clientele.
- Ability to manage, train, and motivate the interior team independently.
- Strong organizational skills across service, housekeeping, and provisioning.
- Professional, refined presentation.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, able to run the department without oversight from the captain, and thrives in a fast-paced charter environment.
Salary is depending on experience.
