We are looking for a Mate/Engineer to join a 30m strictly private program. The role is engineering-focused first, with mate duties second. The captain primarily handles the deck side and is seeking strong support in the engine room.

- Private use only, with a large portion of the year spent in Florida.
- Two full-time crew: Captain + Mate/Engineer. Chef, stew, and deck/stew are brought on for trips.
- No owner trips for the remainder of 2025; program resumes early 2026 with a Bahamas boss trip.
- American owners, mid-60s, easygoing and kind. They prefer simplicity over fuss: no large beach setups or heavy toy usage.
Owner Interests:
- Loves fishing — the captain would welcome a Mate/Engineer who can take charge of fishing excursions.
- Typical boss trips: 7–14 days in the Bahamas, with light guest loads for privacy and comfort.

- Live-aboard or shore-based candidates welcome. Must be willing to travel with the program and participate in watch schedules.
