Our candidate is a great Interior Manager with good overview of daily operations, managing schedules, orders etc, keeping the team ticking over and who can ensure that contractors are completing their jobs list.
Large New Build and Warranty experience is a bonus.
Many of the crew onboard has worked for the owner for a long time, crew retention is HIGH.
The owning family are interactive with the crew so this role suits someone who is social but always being professional, an easy-going, friendly and caring candidate that works hard with a smile on his/her face. Staying calm, positive and professional during pressure.
We are looking for a Temp Interior Manager to cover the onboard Interior Manager´s annual leave for 2 months.

About the program: MED/CAR
Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2, B1B2 and other qualifications are beneficial.
Requirements for application: Min 2 years' experience in the same position on the similar size yacht, experience in leading a great team, can lead by example, experience with large New Builds and warranty periods, good verifiable references are a must. A true No-Smoker/ NO-Vaping
